Adult & Teen Challenge 5K Run to End Addiction

We invite you to join our team as we support the life saving work of Adult & Teen Challenge!

Why Join Us?

On Saturday, May 31st, 2025 at 8AM, join us at Bridgewater State University, Massachusetts, for the 9th Annual Run to End Addiction 5K. Whether you run or walk, you're taking a stand against addiction, impacting communities across Massachusetts and New England. Your participation, alongside the Missions Team, supports those battling addiction and alcoholism and honors the memory of those we've lost. This important occasion will unite individuals, families and churches across New England, in a shared mission of freedom, change, and healing. Each participant receives an 9th Annual Run to End Addiction T-shirt, Medal, and Swag Bag, and is welcomed to a cookout with complimentary food, refreshments, resources, and activities.

Like a race, recovery demands training, perseverance, and daily commitment to a sober, transformative lifestyle. With alcoholism, drug addiction, and a record amount of overdoses devastating the lives of so many, your attendance, support, and encouragement provide hope to countless men and women.

About Adult & Teen Challenge New England

For nearly 60 years, Adult & Teen Challenge Massachusetts has been a beacon of hope for those grappling with alcoholism, addiction, and life-controlling issues. Our long-term residential treatment offers individualized studies, clinical counseling, recovery coaching, vocational training, and spiritual development for profound life change. Located at 20 Clifton Avenue in Brockton, Massachusetts, Adult & Teen Challenge Massachusetts serves as a refuge from the devastation of a life run by addiction. A leader in long-term recovery success, Adult & Teen Challenge Massachusetts utilizes a unique combination of vocational training coupled with Biblical life studies to replace the identity of an addict with that of an identity in Christ Jesus.

Adult & Teen Challenge Massachusetts challenges individuals to dig deep and seek the true purpose and focus of their lives. During their program, residents learn to rely on Jesus as well as trust in the process of learning discipline, obedience, and surrender. This is not possible without the structure and discipline of a program which cultivates a new and changed life in anyone who truly seeks the irreplaceable redemption and grace of Jesus Christ. This type of transformation does not occur rapidly.

A long term (10–12 month) residential facility, Adult & Teen Challenge Massachusetts has the capacity and ability to save 108 men at any given time from the lives of addiction they choose to leave behind. Adult & Teen Challenge Massachusetts has not denied anyone entrance into the program regardless of financial means for the entirety of its existence. Anyone and everyone who truly seeks recovery is given an opportunity to change their lives and begin to serve their families, friends, and communities as responsible, spiritually mature, and dedicated members of society.
